Here’s a few more photos from my photography collaboration project with Joel Richards. We’re far from finished.
These selections have been heavily processed by me, via Lightroom, to take some of the digital edge off the details and make it look a bit more cinematic. We’ll probably tone it down when we finally print them.
Our initial thought is, rather than have a gallery opening or exhibition, to display them in Hospital Marie Curie. There are already some photographs up there and we thought this would also be a good way to solicit participation from other patients and caretakers in the public system. If that falls through, we think the holistic doctors at Torhu would be open to an exhibition.
Let me know what you think in the comments.
The caretaker in these photos is Gabriela Schevach, whose newest project is here.

What an amazing idea. Not only are you promoting your cancer, but you’re raising awareness for the hidden heroes: the caregivers.
I really look forward to seeing more of these images. Oftentimes, family members and friends are forgotten when a shared loved one faces cancer. This is a great step in the right direction for providing compassionate care for all involved with the disease.
Best,

Thanks so much! Our goal is to involve as many fighters and caretakers as we can.
