It appears they had you waiting on the top floor? The photos of the building look like its about four stories high. Your comments remind me of the idiom ‘killing time’. Odd thing to do.
No odder than taking pictures of graffiti, which is really why i keep the camera in my pocket. It’s an interesting old building.
